Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas

Cheese Quesadillas have become as popular as grilled cheese in our house. If you want to put a different spin on them you can add sautéed vegetables, salsa and of course chicken. Buffalo chicken quesadillas are just one variation with a little kick!

Ingredients: flour tortillas, buffalo chicken strips, cheese of your choice and blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.

Instructions: I started with Tyson buffalo chicken strips and cooked according to package directions. Add a small amount of oil in pan and add 1 tortilla. Add cheese and chopped chicken and top with second tortilla. You can also add some hot wing sauce before topping with the second tortilla. Let melt and carefully flip to brown the other side. Place on cutting board to cool. Slice with pizza cutter, add dipping sauce and enjoy!

Nice 'n Easy Color Blend Foam

Story time! Four years ago I decided I wanted my one-dimensional brown hair to look more auburn-y. My mom and I bought highlights in a box that looked like they would give my hair that auburn touch. Well instead of auburn, it was orange, and the highlights were only on the top part of my hair. It was a disaster. Since then, I've had my hair dyed twice and multiple haircuts so now the orangey-blonde is faded and at the tips of my hair. People have asked me if my hair is ombréd and I have to tell them it's simply the result of a bad dye job.

Last night, my mom dyed my hair using Clairol Nice 'n Easy Color Blend Foam in #5 medium brown. I am IN LOVE. I was afraid it would be too dark but it really looks nice. The foam smelled awful, not gonna lie, but it was a dream to apply. I'm just so happy to have even, healthy looking hair.

Super cute picture of me...
The results! I wish I had a "before" picture

Wet n Wild Mega Last Nail Polish

I have grown a strong liking for nail polish. I have a collection of almost 20 colors and it's a lot easier than coughing up 30 bucks for a mani/pedi at the nail salon. For those who are challenged at nail paining, like me, I've found the secret! Wet n Wild has a collection of nail polishes with a special "manicure" brush. It's fat and covers the entire nail with one swipe. The colors are beautiful and stay on for a long time. They're also under 3 dollars!
